A FIDX on-line meeting was held from 1pm to approximately 2:20pm EDT on
August 17, 2005. The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss
the product activity/vendor managed inventory (852) and freight invoice
(210) schemas.

Mike Overholt reviewed the proposed 852 schema changes. After
discussion, the schema was approved. The schema will be posted by David
Purvis on the FIDX.org web site.

Ashish Gandhi reviewed the proposed 210 schema changes. After
considerable discussion, it was agreed that additional edits are
required. Ashish will make the required edits and the schema will be
reviewed at the next FIDX on-line meeting.

The next regular FIDX meeting scheduled for September 23 in Charlotte
was discussed and it was decided to reschedule the meeting to a later
date. All meeting participants agreed that the on-line format is very
effective for developing and discussing XML schemas. The format of
regular meeting was also discussed and it was suggested that a
concurrent formal (face to face) and on-line meeting format could be
quite effective. David Purvis will investigate the feasibility of that
meeting format.

The next FIDX on-line meeting is scheduled for Wednesday August 31, 2005
at 1pm EDT. The purpose of the meeting will be to review and approve
the freight invoice (210) schema and to discuss the date and format for
the next formal (face to face) FIDX meeting.
